When you get money back, when you do not, and how to ask.

1. Formation guarantee
If a formation filing contains an error caused by us, we correct it at our cost and refund the formation portion of your plan fee. Tell us within 60 days of receiving the filed documents. The guarantee covers our mistakes, not errors in information you supplied, a state refusing a name, or a change of mind.
2. Before we file
Cancel before your formation documents are submitted to the state and you receive a full refund of the plan fee and the state fee. Write to us from the address on your account; cancellation takes effect when we confirm it.
3. After we file
Once documents are submitted to a state or the IRS, the state fee and the formation portion of the plan are not refundable, because the state has received and keeps its fee. Unused full months of a Run or Scale plan are refunded pro rata on request within the first term, less the value of filings and services already delivered.
4. Renewals
Annual renewals are refundable in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge and no renewal-term services have been delivered. Monthly Scale plans can be cancelled from your portal at any time and stop at the end of the paid month; no partial-month refunds.
5. What is never refundable
Fees paid to a state, the IRS or a bank; expedited processing once requested from the authority; services already delivered; and chargeback or card fees we are charged as a result of a dispute you raise without contacting us first.
6. How to ask
Email contact@powerlaunch.solutions from the address on your account with your order reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method within ten business days of approval. If we decline a refund we tell you why in writing.
